I have developed a new way to install daylight powered bottle lamps for use in dwellings in impoverished parts of the world. If you search on "Liter of Light" you will see the normal installation process which is long winded, relatively costly and requires a reasonable amount of skill in metal working as well as a range of tools.
My method relies on a bespoke hole cutting device using a standard holesaw but should be capable of allowing many lights to be installed. It also has the advantage that no power tools are required.
The problem I have is that the current hole saw has 5 teeth
