Hi All This is my first post, hoping for some feedback. I am trying to refurbish this very old cottage for rental purposes, and have removed an old gas fire from the front room. The fire chair which is there is protruding by more than 4 inches and my plasterer cannot board over it. I do want to keep costs down, but am considering a fire surround for neatness. Will this work?
