There are 'streaks' gradually appearing at the top of part of my kitchen wall by the ceiling. The plaster is starting to flake. The bathroom is above the kitchen but I can't find any obvious signs of leaks after lifting a floorboard. There is some damp but can't work out where it's coming from. Any suggestions?
