hi all, first post here. i'm just wondering how companies coat wood with that plastic type of coating. i'm looking at my daughters bed which has a coated head board. the head board has rounded edges and the coating seems to be one complete layer all over - no edges like a veneer would have. ive done some google-in and it seems like this is called powerder coating. i just wanted to get some info from you guys as well. thanks in advance zac
