Hi my name is Leo, Just thought i would join this forum incase i need and help or info in the near future as i am shortly going to be bidding on a property (When I find 1) that is in need of a little TLC. going to try and do most simple tasks myself, and some others if they dont seem too difficult and then hire in a pro to do what i cant do myself. thanks in advance everyone
