Hello, So, I am currently a 22 year old university student studying Interior Architecture (which it appears is just Interior Design by another name). However, I'm not looking to continue after this year, as I do not feel university is the path for me, but I may well stay to the end of this year just so that my perserverance can at least get me a DipHE. I do however want to learn a manual trade, as I feel this is more suitable to me. I am interested in Carpentry but as I have no experience I know I have nothing to show that I would be good at it. I'm hoping to find someone who will let me shadow them so they don't have to pay to teach me something I may find out I don't like, just so I can find out it I do like it. Furthermore, I'm not 100% which form of Carpentry I am interested in, as I'm aware this covers a vast swathe of careers, from joinery to roofing to cabinet-making. Hope to find some answers, thanks for reading! Jeremy
