tightwad

Hello all on in the forum. I chose tightwad as my name because I need ideas to improve the look of my house so that I can sell up and buy something for my retirement.I will be doing it on a budget because I will not be enjoying the improvements myself. The priorities at the moment are an outdated Kitchen and a neglected garden. I am 62 years of age, very active and willing to take on most things except climb high ladders(i do own one).And I have little knowledge of electrics. All ideas will be appreciated. Cheers, Alf.
