    Hi, I've joined the DIY forum to get some help sorting out my new build home. My husband and I bought it back in October 2007 and there has just been one problem after another. NHBC warranty is a waste of time as they have done nothing to help. It's time to be proactive and start getting these things sorted, once and for all! Thanks, Kirsty
