hi there i have really low cold water pressure in the bathroom upstairs. if the toilet is flushed, there is no water in the cold taps until the cistern is full. if you run the bath, the cold tap just trickles. the cold taps downstairs are fine. my hot water tank is in the airing cupboard on the landing and there are 3 cold pipes also in this cupboard (two of which have blue 'wagon wheel' type taps attached). i have a cold water tank in the loft. being a complete plumbing novice i just want to know if there is a quick fix (ie just turning one of the taps in the airing cupboard) or would fixing
