  1. I have had a problem will a small wall in my hallway for the last few months. it is damp and is starting to crumble away. Behind the wall is a fully tiled toilet with no obvious leaks from the toilet or pipes. the concrete on the toilet floor is also damp to touch. To the left side of the wall is the garage. The damp is coming up from the floor there is no sign of damp from the ceiling. It is always very cold in that area of the house as the garage and toilet are not heated. Any ideas would be appreciated.
