Hive not firing up Morco GB24 3 Series boiler

I’ve fitted a Hive Hub, Receiver and mini thermostat to my Morco GB24 Series 3 boiler in caravan. All devices are talking to each other as confirmed by Hive App. When I call for heat on thermostat the green light on receiver starts boiler but the boiler fails to light. Wiring appears to be tight and not loose.
Any ideas?
