I have tried the paint and the dog didnt like it !! Rich Posted May 27, 2012 Report Share Posted May 27, 2012 Hi HayleyOne thing that works well is to glue down some sandpaper in places like main walkways.Obviously not glue down a huge sheet of it, but cut to strips, like those speed strips you see in the road..You can actually buy some stuff that sticks down to give surfaces some grip, but I cant remember what its called now, and there are a few different types, and those are more designed for the job and dont wear out like sandpaper would. You often find them on the edges of stairs, so if you search for "Stair edging strips" or something like that, you should find something suitable.
