Attheendofit
Hello Richard,Thank you for the welcome. Just a bit about me, I have just finished an 18 month new build of a detached property with my husband, totally hands on, project managed and sourced materials and sorted purchase of land and obtained planning permission. All building works apart from the sparks and comissioning the boiler was done by us, so hopefully we have a bit of experience under our belts with regards to diy. My husband is a joiner by trade and has experience of site management so he is not a novice as I am. I just wanted to offer any crumbs of info. that I could to anyone out there, I know I am not a professional, but would like to help whoever and whenever I can.Maxinus
