Elizabeth
I am not really a DIYer in the full sense of the word but I do have to sort out any problems at home if I can. This seems like a ridiculous problem but here goes:I have a bathroom mirror with fluorescent lamps behind the mirror. These are T4 20W.I have removed the mirror front, but cannot work out how to remove the tubes. They are about 580mm long and very slim with two pins. I cannot see how to rotate the tube (if that is what I am supposed to do) to allow the pins to slide out and the top and bottom holding the tube seem rigid and do not lift up to release the tube.Any advice ?
