Hey just joined this morning. I'm half way through a project to completely gut and update our apartment. Including replacing 100 joists to strengthen the floors to allow for the weight of sound proofing material. We're currently at the tiling and plumbing.

Hiya MDE.. Do we have to call you MDE? lol

Replacing 100 joists is a serious bit of DIY mate. Dont bust your back doing all that.

I assume your apartment is a split level house then, conversion job more likely if your also fitting sound proofing?

Got any pic's of the job?

Cheers

Rich
